Processing Time

All orders are made with love and care. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipping. Custom or made-to-order items may take a bit longer, and we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (US): 1–3 business days

Lost or Damaged Packages

We package every order with care, but if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to make it right!
